What information we process, and why

When you email us, we process the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, your name if you include it, and the contents of your message. We use this information to respond to your question or proposal. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling incoming communications or, where applicable, taking requested steps before entering into a contract.

Our hosting provider may process technical connection data—including IP addresses, requests, and security logs—to serve the website, maintain availability, and prevent misuse. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable service.

Our current calculators perform their calculations in your browser. You don't need an account, and you don't have to send your name or birth date to our editorial team to use them.

Service providers and international transfers

We use Cloudflare to host and protect the site, and Gmail (Google) to handle email inquiries. Where necessary to provide these services, these providers may process technical information or communications under their respective terms and data protection safeguards.

These services may involve processing or transfers of information across borders, subject to applicable legal safeguards. We will update this policy if we introduce additional third-party services.

How long we keep information

We retain messages for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on each inquiry and, where applicable, to meet legal obligations. Technical logs are retained according to operational and security needs and our hosting provider's applicable policies.

Your privacy rights

Where applicable, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, request restrictions, or exercise data portability rights by emailing [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with Spain's Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Advertising and policy updates

The current version of NumberAIO does not include personalized advertising or a subscription form. If we introduce advertising, analytics that require consent, or additional services, we will review this policy and, where required, ask for consent before activating nonessential technologies.
